I'm so behind with this one. It's still on my tbr list! I really need to catch up before the film comes out :D
ReplyDeleteI definitley recommend reading this book, especially before the movie comes out. It was a really good read and I was pleasantly surprised because i havent read many teen books.
ReplyDeleteI really liked the books. They were a real good read. I'm looking forward to the movie.
ReplyDeleteI do wonder about the violence though. It read violent enough but I can only imagine that the violence is harder to see.
I am super stoked about the movie. That poster is amazing...and I think that picture of katniss is right on. I too worry about how gruesome the movie might be. But I'm still gonna buy that $10.50 movue ticket!

I love the movie poster! And I am SO excited for the movie. They chose a great Katniss!
ReplyDeleteI am curious too to see how gory the movie will be. I think it will be one extreme or the other (either they wont show anything or theyll show everything). But violence in movies doesnt bother me. Heard of Korean movie director Park Chan-wook? Dont watch his movies if violence bugs you. lol
ReplyDeleteI love these books and am totally stoked for the movie to come out! I hope they aren't super gory, but lets face it - the books can be gruesome. However, I think the story line and creativy of them are fabulous! It is taking everything I have to stay patient for the movie to be out! SO EXCITED!
ReplyDeleteHey doll I would just like to say I Love your blog it's so interesting and informative!
